You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and you are responsible for all actions taken under your account.

We work hard to display our products accurately, but colors, shapes, or packaging may differ slightly in real life.
All products are subject to availability, and we may limit or cancel quantities at any time.

All orders placed through the website are considered pending until confirmed.
Your order is confirmed only after we call you and you confirm verbally that you want it.
If we are unable to reach you within a reasonable time, the order may be delayed or canceled.

We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
We do not collect or store any credit card or banking information on our website.
The total amount due must be paid directly to the delivery person upon receiving the package.

We ship orders across Morocco using trusted delivery partners.
Shipping times vary depending on your location, but typically take 1–3 business days.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external delivery partners once the order leaves our facility.

No returns are accepted for opened packages. Due to the nature of our products (chocolate-covered nuts), we cannot accept returns of opened or tampered packages. These items are fragile, sensitive to heat, and can be easily damaged.

Damaged items must be reported upon arrival. If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping conditions, you must:
• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via the contact information section below.
• Provide clear photo or video evidence of the damage, along with your order number and packaging condition.

Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for any return or refund.

If the damage is confirmed and reported on time, we will either:
• Replace the item, or
• Issue a full refund,
and in both cases, FREKSY will cover the shipping fees associated with the return.

The cancellation timeframe is as follows. You can cancel your order anytime before 3:00 PM from Monday to Friday, and before 1:00 PM on Saturday, as long as it's within 24 hours of placing the order.
(Times may vary during holidays, special occasions, or exceptional situations.)

Don't forget to contact us during working hours via phone or WhatsApp to request the cancellation.

If you cancel outside of the allowed timeframe, you'll be responsible for all cancellation-related fees.

FREKSY is not responsible for problems caused by:
• Wrong or incomplete delivery addresses.
• Customer not being available to receive the package.
• Poor storage of the product after delivery, such as exposure to sunlight or heat, which can affect chocolate quality.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services, beyond the limits allowed by Moroccan consumer law.

All content on our website, including photos, logos, designs, and text, is the property of FREKSY. You may not use it without our written permission.
